Informations and Questions :
We ask that our buyers do their research on the Siberian Husky breed. This breed
is not for everyone because they are active, inquisitive and they are not
territorial. They require lots of human interaction and do not do well when left
alone for long periods of time. They will find ways to get your attention and
not always in a pleasurable manner. There are many web sites on the internet
that offer excellent information on the breed and also several books available.
Buyers need a fenced yard that is secure and at least 5 feet high and an area
where their Siberian Husky can get adequate exercise.Never think that its safe
to leave your siberian alone, that breed love to dig and run away it is an
athlete and the fence doesnt impress him at all! He love to work ( working group
dog) so dont think hes gonna be a couch potato ! Huskies doesnt bark often but
it can howl he does not like to stay alone. Hes not a guard dog but it can live
outside in the cold with no problem cause of his nice thick fur and also dont
forget that fur blows out 2 times a year.
We encourage our buyers to invest the time in taking their puppies to obedience
classes. We ask that our buyers keep in contact with us, Send pictures and we
will keep in touch about our kennel as well. We love updates on how our puppies
have grown up and we also encourage our buyers to call us if they ever have
questions about their dog . This also helps us continually evaluate the success
of our breeding program. All we want is to make sure our dogs can live long,
healthy and happy lives in loving homes.
Age:
Our puppies are released to their new homes on an individual basis depending on
how they are doing, their litter size, when they start to eat on their own, and
lastly how they react to their puppy shots. Generally, puppies go home between 8
to 10 weeks. However, this is only if the puppy is completely ready to go and
the environment where the puppy is heading is one that is safe and secure.
Usually have better defined temperaments that we have tested.
Vaccinations:
Our puppies receive an initial vaccination prior to going home. We give the
first shot at 6 weeks. Our puppies are also dewormed before going to their new
home. We dewormed all puppies at 5 and 7 weeks.
Health Guarantee:
We guarantee all puppies to be healthy when they leave the kennel. If you
receive a puppy from us and a health problem develops within 72 hours, you must
contact us regarding the problem. We cannot be responsible for veterinary costs
not approved prior to treatment. Any puppy which dies due to a genetic defect
within 36 months after purchase will be replaced free of charge (except
shipping, health certificate and handling fee). This will be done if your
veterinarian attributes death to a genetic deformity in an autopsy and sends us
the findings of the autopsy. The autopsy shall be at the owner's expense.
The parents of our puppies are always in great health. We OFA certify all of our
dogs. All of our dogs have their eyes screened annually by a Canine
Ophthalmologist (CERF) and are found to be clear of any defect before being bred.
